Our commitments

The reception

Providing clear, honest, and up-to-date information to anyone wishing to enroll in our courses, in their native language or a language they are proficient in.
Assisting and advising students in their administrative procedures with state organizations, for medical appointments, etc.
Maintaining a friendly atmosphere and a climate of trust.
Offering the opportunity to raise complaints or evaluate the Institute’s services throughout the stay (satisfaction questionnaires and complaint forms).

Teaching Approach

Offer courses aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and programs tailored to the expectations and needs of participants.
Recruit university-educated and experienced teachers specialized in teaching French as a Foreign Language.
Organize students by level into classes with a maximum of 10 participants (with exceptions for tailor-made training for closed groups).
Provide pleasant premises and appropriate facilities for language learning.

The Accommodation

Best meet the expectations of students, ensuring their physical and mental comfort in accordance with the European Standard EN 14804.

The Assessment

Continuing our quality approach by regularly undergoing audits from national or international control bodies such as Label QUALITÉ FLE, EAQUALS, IALC, etc.

Culture

Offer cultural and recreational activities at least three times a week that align with the continuation of FLE training actions.
Provide these activities with simple and comprehensive information, offering them at a controlled cost when they are not free.
Facilitate intercultural exchanges through debates, theater nights, or restaurant evenings.
