Introduction

  • 20 French lessons per week (15 hours) 8h45-10h15 / 10h30-12h00 OR 15h30-18h45 (pause 15 min)

This French course offers you to improve your knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, expression, comprehension, pronunciation and writing.

Your teacher will regularly give you small homework assignments for the next day. You can also ask him for more French exercises.

Course Objectives

  • To help you develop your written and oral skills to allow you to communicate with French speakers in a wide range of real-life situations.
  • To allow you to develop or improve your language skills: grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, with an intercultural awareness.

  • Varied and interactive activities based on authentic texts to prepare you for real-life communication outside of the classroom.
  • Engaging study materials: written, audio or video.

  • An evaluation at the end of each week to track your progress.
  • Your teacher can give you advice on your learning or extra exercises.
  • The person responsible for your teaching will review your learning process and offer you individualised help.
  • Afternoon study: a free class to revise or deepen your understanding of specific areas of the language.
  • An evaluation at the end of the program to record your progress and determine your individual level.

Certificate and Guarantee

  • A certificate at the end of the course showing the level of the course you have taken.
  • A guarantee of attendance if you are a minor.
  • An extra certificate at the end of the course if you wish to do a final evaluation and receive a specific summary of your level in all 4 skills.

Your first day

9h00 – 10h15Evaluation test. This test has been validated by IALC and Eaquals and allows a very precise evaluation of your French language skills and placement into a class of your level. You will be tested on your grammar and lexical knowledge, phonetics as well as the 4 language skills.

Intensive French course

28 lessons = 21h per week

5 to 8 students per class – Maximum 10

Schedule: 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or 3:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in high season) + 3 afternoons from 1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Introduction

  • 28 L French lessons per week (21 hours), 8.45-10.15 / 10.30 -12.00 OR 15h30-17h/ 17.15-18h45 (15hours of class = 20 lessons)
    + 3 afternoons : 13.15-15.15 (6 hours of class = 8 lessons)

Very intensive programme: morning lessons corresponding to the continous course + 8 lessons on 3 afternoons to put your knowledge into practice. An approach to the cultural, social, political and economic life of France.

Depending on your level, this will include opinion polls, conferences, literature, history, theatre, music…

Schedule: 8:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. (or 3:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in high season) + 2 to 3 afternoons (schedule communicated on first day)

This course combines the subjects of the “Continuous French Course” with those of an “Individual Course”. 20 lessons/week of group tuition and 5, 10 lessons/week of individual tuition, tailored to suit your needs and wishes: General French, Commercial French, Law, Tourism, Hotel Trade, Translation and Interpreting (from English, Italian, Spanish or German into French ), Exam Preparation …
